Serotta frameset(campagnolo headset included) - The frameset has no rust, but has one paint chip on BB(please look at the picture provided. Columbus SL tubing(not sure)
If you are really interested, I could disassemble the bike and tell you the weight of the frameset

njs wheelset(tires, extra tire, and tubular tape included) - Araya Gold + Duraace hub(rear - 3cross, front - 2cross). The wheelset is in great condition, but I cannot take out the broken chain tensioner(right side). However, it does not effect the performance. Single fixed

Frameset is selling for 450.
Frame has a problem with seat clamp.
The seat bolt does not rotate perfectly smooth.
However, this does not effect the performance of holding the seat post.
Except the seat clamp the frame is in good condition.
No dent, dang, or anything else.
