I have a 1986 Panasonic track 4000 frameset 53.5 cm in almost nos condition. This is a really hard to find frame, has Suntour dropouts, Tange world champion no.2 tubing, comes with a Tange Levin, Nitto Technomic stem 90mm, and an XLC 0 degree seatpost. WTT for an Affinity lo pro, Felt tk2, Super Pista, Mash, or another steel lugged track frame. If interested in buying, I will sell it for only $400, quite cheap, yes im selling it low..

UPDATE: $380 is the LOWEST I will go to sell the frameset, and this is the lowest you will ever find on such a sweet track beast.
