I have a 1986 NOS Panasonic Track 4000 53.5cm
This frameset is veery hard to find in it's condition and generally not have been seen or heard about this bike. It has Suntour track ends, non-drilled for brake, very tight clearances, uses Tange World Champion no.2 seamless tubing.
Comes with the following:
Tange track headset
XLR Comp O° seatpost
I'm willing to let it go only for $400 FIRM. I also accept trades

Can you give actual frame measurements? I heard Japanese frames run a little big.
53 SQUARED.
Keirin frames were all custom made so sizing was all over the place.
