Up for sale is a Phil Wood track wheelset. The hubs are 32h high flange, fixed/freewheel, laced to Mavic Open Pro rims if I recall. The Phil logos have been custom painted in ice blue and the spoke nipples are also blue. Comes with a 18T Phil Wood cog and lockring. The Bontrager RXL tires are included. The wheels have less than 20 miles.
