FS: Phil Wood Velocity rear wheel

Phil Wood High flange fixed gear rear wheel. 32 hole laced 3x with DT Swiss double-butted spokes to a Velocity Deep V rim. 18T cog and Phil lock ring. Super solid and buttery smooth.

This wheel is currently spaced to 130 so would be good for converting a road or cross frame. Tracklocross, anyone? Good for getting into form this spring. Otherwise, with small parts from Phil Wood, it can be respaced back to 120 and used on a track bike.
