I have a front 700 Clincher Vintage Rare NJS Carbon Fiber Spin Tri Wheel. Or could be easy also converted to a rear track wheel, just got to get a hub for it. Just needs decals, took them off, to get it Plastic Dipped.With sealed bearings and It spins True, Its not those knock off Plastic ones, that get wrap after a while with the sun. come with a new tire also.
