This has some of the nicest bi laminate and fillet braised lugs i have ever seen on a bike, and i own a few. I am guessing its been made with SL tubing as it is super loght.
the paint is a subtle deep blue to lighter aqua fade. it does show its age in places and has a small tiny ding on TT from bars but then again this is stunning workmanship of the highest level by one of the worlds top builders.

700rear and 650front, i do have a nice araya front and a fluiddisk wheel that would be perfect for this.
