ct and tt are both 55cm. ORIA tubing!
The fork is Samoilov but has a Fausto Coppi crown. Italian BB.
The only problem is the seat clamp: the seat tube itself is 27.0mm but at the seat clamp area it's a bit wider (photo included) so you can use 27.0mm seatpost with some metal spacer.
The paint condition is pretty poor but runs very smooth. Also will include unknown headset as seen on pictures.
