FS: Soviet USSR 666 POCT 28" tubular front track disc wheel

Soviet USSR 666 POCT Kevlar front track disc wheel. 28" 622 700C. For track use with Tufo S3 Lite 18mm tubular tire. Wheel is almost perfect condition, true and spins smoothly. Spacing is ~ 100mm. Weight is around 900grams.
