FS: Soviet USSR Fluidisk POCT 28" tubular front track disc wheel

Soviet USSR Fluidisk POCT Kevlar front track disc wheel. 28" 622 700C. Converted from rear track wheel to front track wheel. Wheel is almost perfect condition, true and spins smoothly. Spacing is ~ 103mm. Weight is around 1300grams.
