This frame has an aero insertions between tube joints.

Rear brake goes face to the front for aerodynamics
Stelbel marked dropouts both front and rear
two Aero seat binder bolts
bottom bracket has an aerodynamic spoiler

Frame specification:
Columbus tubing
its 650c/700c wheel geo
Italian bottom bracket
25.0mm seatpost

its hard to measure correctly this frameset due to low pro geo, i also added measurements in the photo.
Top tube c-c 52cm its designed for tt bullhorn
Seat tube c-c 53cm, and c-top 58cm
Head tube 9cm
its stamped on bb 52 and 53 so i think its measurements and also the number 85155
