For sale is my Takhion track frame from 1994.
It has had the top and down tubes replaced with Dedacciai tubing by a frame builder in Melbourne Australia, but is a little to big for me. The other tubes are Nikopol.
It has a coat of clear on the replacement tubes, and would make a nice project or a nice rat bike as is.
The size is 55 top tube c-c and 55.5 seat tube c-c
It comes complete with the 25.4 seat post, a m26 threaded headset, and an italian bb, made from a shimano cup, sugino cup and sugino spindle that gives a straight chain line with 120 track wheels and an jis crankset. It works, but isn't the prettiest. The number on the dropouts is 235 94 and the number on the bottom bracket is 6025. I have been told by a very friendly takhion enthusiast the fork and lugset looks to be Kvant, but because of the later year it could just be a late model takhion. But please correct me if im wrong.
