FS: Testing waters on DA to charcoal deep V

Perfectly true with low miles. No tubes or tires, willing to include DA lockring/16t cog. I'd love to trade for an all black wheelset of equal or greater value, I'm willing to add. If we do trade I would have a local shop middle man the deal for both our securities.
