These wheels are in very good condition. Only one noticeable scratch on the rim. Velocity Aerohead rims to Phil wood hubs. EAI 19t cog with Phil wood lockring. Continental Grand Prix 4000 23 recently replaced in front, and Vittoria randonneur 25 in back. The rims are non machined, meaning you can't use brakes. I can send you more pics if you ask.
