Unknown make but most likely English, 1970's era (maybe earlier). Measures about 57cm ST/TT. Narrow spacing approx. 120mm. Has kickstand plate between stays and is beefy so strong but not light. Had the frame powdercoated in a kind of orange/fleck brown. Comes with a Japanese made nos chromed fork (some spots on legs but decent enough for a townie/beater/SS, etc). Some anomalies in the tubing/finish that aren't structural but tried to show them in pics. Will ship to the lower 48US.
