I'm looking for a 49t chainring that is 144bcd, sugino or dura ace preferably, the newer the better. Trying to find something around $50 or less but can go higher for the right chainring. I geared up from 49/19 to 52/19 and am experiencing quite a bit of knee soreness here & there so I'm hoping gearing back down a bit will alleviate some of the soreness i'm experiencing. Would consider 50t but 49t is preferable.
I'm located in Oakland and prefer buying local but have no problem paying for shipping + cost via paypal for the right chainring & price
