2000 for frame/fork/headset is a bit on the high side, even for a Cannondale Track. I've seen some in way better condition than this go for a price much lower, and quite recently too.

So this turned out to be a scam, i sent the money over and instead of reciving a frame i'm waiting of paypal to return my money :( there are some sad people out there!!!!
