they do come in 1 1/8, just less of them pop up in that size unfortunately :c
They did make them in 1 1/8, but they're very difficult to find. Finding one in that size, probably even more so. I wouldn't mind getting one myself though!!
I've never bumped into a 1 1/8" integralter but i'm very happy with my 1" pictured above.
imo they look better on a vintage/older frame with 1" anyways since the barz are old too... ;)
