Actually, the wait time is 9 months currently.
He'll most likely spend more time waiting to find a used one than if he orders a new one.
^ Agreed. I don't necessarily 'need' a LOW but figured if one ever pops up that I'd buy it. I look at various forum/eBay marketplaces for these things typically daily and I haven't seen a LOW for sale in the last 6 months.
I missed one on LFGSS about a month ago that was brand new, unused and exactly the right size
