WTB: Size Small 1" Steel Road Frame <$300

Hello all,
I am on the look out for a small road frame under $300USD (cheaper is better).

- sizes 49, 50, 51 preferred. Will consider 48 or 52.
- 1" head tube preferred
- Fork is not necessary
- Classic horizontal toptube geometry preferred
- 130mm rear spacing preferred, although may consider 126
- Non-compromising rust/dents OK
- English threading preferred
- US located preferred, but willing to pay handling for Int.
