I am looking for a steel road bike frame. It needs to have 130mm rear spacing and a derailleur hanger. I would prefer for the tubing of the frame must be Columbus SL or better. I would love for it to be italian (no real reason other than i love the idea of Campagnolo where it needs to be) but i would entertain any other interesting frame. I live in nyc so seller must be willing to ship or i must be able to pick it up somehow.
