check out velomine.com and their h plus son archetype builds. they had some sweet looking ones with pink white industries hubs for your price new.
I've got a barely-used set of American Classic Victory wheels. 1630g on my scale, true and smooth. For Shimano/SRAM. $300 shipped. I'll throw in the Mavic Aksion 23mm tires that are currently on 'em.

Checked out velomine before, most of the wheels are aold out unfortunately and the white industry wheels are around $750. Thanks for the heads up though!
