I'll have to make sure.
that would be awesome.
45 is your size
Keep in minde that a sidi 45 is like a normal 44. the italian shoes are allways much smaler. I would have a 46 for sale
so i should need a 46? okay. but will the shoes work with time atac cleats?
MTB shoes or shoes that have SPD inserted bolts will work with any cleat, but the cleats need to work with the pedals.
oh so the shoes can work with either? im pretty sure ive seen shoes with only 3 bolt holes for the spd big clips though? or am i crazy?
There are road shoes that have the inserts for either MTB or road pedals.
Usually, the 3 triangular holes on shoes are meant for road pedals. Those types of road pedals are what are known as the "Look" style pedals. Some shoes will even have four holes for a specific type of pedals known to be named, Speed Play. Those are the double-sided circular pedals and the cleats are big ass squares.
Road shoes usually have very little rubber sole to walk on, but they do have pieces toward the front and rear of the shoe. Where are MTB shoes usually have an entire sole to them made of rubber and surround the cleat area. More for those who ride cyclo-cross or mountain bike and unclip to run up hills instead of riding.
MTB shoes/ pedals = commute
Road shoes/ pedals = training, racing
