WTB: Track Conversion Adapter/Kit thread on - Surly fixxer, HED, Specialized

Hi there

I am looking for a thread on adapter for converting a disc with a shimano free hub into a track disc.

I would be grateful if you could offer any adapter that works as i was not able to track one down in the entire interwebs.
