classy bike! red colour is a beauty!
sorry but an advice: you should think of changing the splash bar tape with a non-splash one, maybe a lizard skin black one...

Thanks. Everyone knows red bikes are faster and this one proves it. Cheers

Hi Man.
You have so good bike.
So...slim pipe frame.
Well. I saw your brake bar.
Looks like greaspot in brake handle.
What is this?

Not sure what you see but chances are if it looks like grease,it could be grease. It gets ridden a LOT and the oldies seem to get dirtier than the newer rides.Thanks.

a delicate beauty

Old and fast but like you say, delicate. No rushing the shifts or skidding with those old brakes.

Romani made nice frames and they did a lot of commissional work. A big share of the frames from the german bicycle "manufacturer" Kotter where made by Romani.

Yep,and many Italian makers turned to them for one-offs(track,ect)or odd geometry frames. Lots of House brands in LBSs too. Cheers

Thanks for your comment on my steel. I have another set of tubular wheels but after I had a flat I been really scared to use it. I tried using glue, but I am really bad at making the tire align perfectly (not wobbly)
Any tips for tubular riding? I like my clinchers but tubular is the real way to go.
Classic ride for sure!

The tape strips(Tufo and others) seem to make things a bit cleaner.I haven't used them but they seem to work. Other than that I can only advise avoiding potholes. Clinchers are really better for street.Cheers

Thanks, It rides so smooth with the new tires(Ritchey tubular slicks) I take it out more than the Bianchis.
