More Info:
Picked this frame and fork up at Beasley Cycles, waaaay before the whole fixie craze.John Beasley was a legendary Australian track cyclist and coach and back in the day his shop had a row of old steel track frames hanging from the rafters,he only ever charged one price for them-$150!!!I picked a few out of there, this one never got put to messenger work because it's too small for me and too damn pretty! The only parts on this one I had to buy to complete the build were the chain and bar tape-the rest I had in my stock of pure track componentry that I pulled off complete track bikes I bought over the years because it was too damn nice to put on the streets!

Hot damn! A classic, classic build. Twisted toe straps . . . very old school! Thanks for sharing.
