As my first bicycle, I found her covered in cobwebs one fateful Spring many years ago. She went through many iterations as I grew as a cyclist, and she now sits in this state, restored to her former glory. This bike rides like buttah, and is comfortable enough for all-day riding. While not remotely a racing bike I have ridden many many miles on her and she still comes back for more.

Actually have an older photo of when I had her in CX mode. Was fun, but doesn't make for the best race rig with the quill stem, DT shifters and slack geo, but still rode nicely. The bike is more suited for road use.

How does that rear-derailleur work with an 8 speed drivetrain? Any troubles?
