I built this up with all Shimano 600 Tricolor. The shifters were not working great so a changed them to Claris ST-R2000 shifters. It shifts better, weighs about the same, is quieter, and more comfortable and cost me a lot less than ST-6400s in nice shape (it is hard to find them in mint condition). I do prefer the looks of the Shimano 600 shifters and may change back someday if I find some in excellent condition.
