This is the least aero setup I've seen on a TT bike. What's up?

You really like Cervelos!

what i've been told by multiple fitters is that fit is more important than aero. if you're not comfortable low, you're better off higher up and able to do more work. anyway, the bike was to be used for triathlon and im over that and the bike is for sale :P

also, TT/tri frames aren't all about aerodynamics. a TT/tri geometry has your body shifted around the BB to allow for better power output, breathing, and digestion, at the cost of handling. you also use slightly different muscles in a tri/tt position. they've found that being in such a position shows a distinct advantage when transitioning from bike to run (and i REALLY suck at running lol)
