I'm mid-conversion on my 2001 P2K, just wondering if you had any trouble with the set screws in the drop outs? I have and I'm hoping to avoid needing to use them at all.

i didn't use them but i did leave them in and they didn't cause any problems. they were set in enough for me to be able to slip the chain on over the chainring and cog and pull tight, but i kind of figured that if the axle were to slip, it would prevent something bad from happening. the rear clearance to the seat tube was very tight. good luck on your conversion!

un-convert it and lose the aerojoke

i prefer the feel of a fixed drivetrain. i have a 2008 scott addict if i ever need gears. looking for a good deal on a HED3 to replace the aerojoke. actually what i really want to do is get a HED3 rear and couple that with a HED Alps front that i've got on the side.

Hey, how do you like your Adamo saddle? What's your opinion on how it feels and etc?

They are great saddles very supportive and comfortable but you may need to give it some time to get used to since they're much wider than your typical saddle
