I've always loved Praxis rings. So quick and precise. The tooth design, lift pins, and precision machining are mind boggling to look at pre-install. The finish on my rings is holding up great, too!

You need a fit

Jokes on you, I got an expert fit when I first built up this bike over at East West Bikes in Fullerton.

I don't want to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology, sorry.

why does your stem go down ????
Posted almost 9 years ago
I believe that's what the manufacture had in mind when producing stems.

Please provide money or groupset and I will install.
Problem solved.

I guess we will stick with 6700 for now then, until someone can provide me with something newer (:

Such a sweet build, always had a soft spot for the R3s. Cheers!

What custom wheel set were you thinking of???
Posted over 11 years ago
Kinlin XR-200's laced to Tune Mag hubs with Sapim CX-Ray spokes; 20 front 24 rear.
Posted over 11 years ago
Mavic Ksyrium Slr would look nice since they are all black. But they are not custom nor are they original... or cheap.

Why get custom training wheels and not just spend on race wheels?
Posted over 11 years ago
I can honestly race with a custom training wheelset, not to mention it will ride a lot nicer. And besides, I'm not a big fan of deep carbon wheels because I get blown around in them. I only own a pair for my track bike and those are only ridden on the track.

You have a point, but I think that's what most people think when they hear "racing wheel set"

So sick! How do you like it?
Posted over 11 years ago
I love it man. It's super duper stiff yet compliant. It handles very well when climbing, descending, and even on flats, it just maintains its line very well. Just need to upgrade wheels and crankset.
Posted over 11 years ago
Whats wrong with the crankset? Or do you just want to try something else?
Posted over 11 years ago
I'm investing in Rotor 3D+ cranks with SRM built into them so I can train with watts in mind. A power meter is the best investment anyone who is serious about cycling can make.
Posted over 11 years ago
Nice. Yeah I would like to get a power meter but they're all so expensive

no hard feelings bro but i hate the colour, it look like its made from an alloy material
Posted over 11 years ago
None taken. I don't really mind the color at all, although I would have really preferred a black color scheme to the frame. I eventually want to get it painted once I have money.

I love the new R3. Totally going to be my next road bike. Yours is definitely nicely built and making me want one even more!
