The frame has a sticker saying "B. Beheyt", which stands for Benoni Beheyt. Benoni won the 1963 World Championship in Ronse (Belgium) in the sprint before Rik Van Looy. After his cycling career, Benoni had a bicycle shop in Roeselare, Belgium.

It's original! Both are in excellent condition with very little mileage. I found this one at the home of a fellow collector who didn't care much. The second one was in an online ad several months later, my mind was blown when I saw that the serial number was that close!
