I have the bike in size 55cm/21.65inch. I'm also considering converting to 650B.
What about tyre clearance on the 47? Is more possible? Or is it already tight?

Sweet build! What max tire size would it fit on 700c wheels?

Yo how tall are you? Been thinking of building one of these or a Macho King, but not sure what size I should get. I’m about 5’8” and I’ve heard of people my height riding a 49 or a 52.

All-City tend to run "one size" large. I have the Super Professional (very similar geo) in 46 though I ride a 49 or 50 in Surly and Wabi. My guess is a 49 would work for you but sizing one down from your other bikes is a good starting place.
