Rare frame; difficult to find in the States. Fewer than 100 were imported. This frame was made at the Reparto Corse division in Italy back when Reparto Corse still meant something. This is *not* the current Super Pista made in the Far East with the poor finish. This frame sparkles.

i know the d2 is rare. but are you sure fewer than 100? i have two friends with them.

Yes. I am sure. Less than 100 were imported by Bianchi to the states. Plenty more available outside the US, many of which have found their way to the U.S. through private sales.

Handmade in the RC division shop in Italy. This shop was reserved for boutique builds and Bianchi's elite and pro lines. Different from Taiwanese production lines.
