Dammm ! Bringing the heat !!
Posted almost 12 years ago
And how do you like the seat post been thinking about picking one up for a while ?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Thanks man! Aesthetically, I haven't found a nicer seatpost (IMO), but it also performs well.
Posted almost 12 years ago
I have a brand new Black Ops 27.2 carbon post that's identical to the 3T design if you're interested?....
Posted almost 12 years ago
Set up is simple, eye catching, and elegant!
Posted almost 12 years ago
Thank you! My photos aren't current, but she's still looking proper. ;)
Posted almost 12 years ago
nice build man, also what did you use to make your top tube protector? cali represent!
Posted almost 12 years ago
Thanks man! For theTT protector, I neatly wrapped a piece of bar tape with electric tape and voila!
Posted almost 12 years ago
Very nice, love the wheels, handle great, very underrated!
Posted almost 12 years ago
Thanks man! I've always recommended these wheels. Great wheels at a great price!
Posted almost 12 years ago
Are these the pistards with the stickers removed?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Wow very nice! Your BSC cog threaded just perfectly fine on the italian hub threads?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Yeah, just fine. Can't even tell that I'm mixing threads. I had problems trying other lockrings though, even Italian....
Posted almost 12 years ago
Cool! Thanks for the info. That was the only concern I was having about the wheels. They come with a lock ring though?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Yeah, lockring is included. It's just cheap and fugly, but it's only a lockring. For the price, you can't beat this wheelset.

Nice build man! Looking for a new wheelset For my Kagero, how are those miches?
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks man! I honestly love this wheelset. They aren't the lightest, but the hubs are ridiculously buttery. If you're looking for something a little different and light on the wallet, I recommend them. I ride some rough roads and they've held up well.

Thanks man I've been hearing mixed reviews that's why, I've ordered Phil's, let's see how those are with velocity dv. Thanks a bunch man and again nice build! This frames is the best I've ever had!
Posted about 12 years ago
Nice setup dude !
You also have lost a screw in the back ?
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks man. Do you mean on the rear drop out insert? Yeah, did you lose one too?
Posted about 12 years ago
Terrible photographer my ass. Those new photos look great!
Posted about 12 years ago
HA!! Thanks man!! Finally entered the DSLR world and have A LOT to learn!!
Posted about 12 years ago
This shit is so solid man, if i was to build a Kagero it would have alot of these components involved. This shit is so nice its making me want to save up for a Kagero hahah Cheers, ride your bike sir!
Posted over 12 years ago
Gracias hombre!!! Aside from a custom wheelset, which will be a WHILE, I still have one more trick up my sleeve (another bar option). Stay tuned.....
Posted about 12 years ago
Sweet, Sweet, Sweet bike yo !!! Where did you get that "Shut up legs sticker?"
Posted over 12 years ago
Lovin this new setup! Most Kageros have been looking the same but this is really setting it apart from the others in a really good way.
Posted over 12 years ago
Thanks, I really appreciate it!! That's the problem when you have a frame that comes in one color and everyone wants to build using the best components. You have to think outside the box and make small changes!
Posted over 12 years ago
nice... bartape
Posted over 12 years ago
I've been gripping black for so long I thought I'd try something different. It's cheap and easily replaceable, so why not!? :)
Posted over 12 years ago
hey! you got it in aha! looks good!
Posted over 12 years ago
Sure did!! Thanks man!! I'm really stoked, but it's going to take some getting used to. I made a pretty good jump haha...it's fast though!

Hey bro how does the threading work on this bike? Im thinking about getting it and what are your inputs on this wheelset? and as far as lockring and cog? which ones work well with this wheelset cause I heard they need miche locking and cog
Posted over 12 years ago
Hey man, I'm not sure if I understand your threading question? As for the wheelset, if you're not concerned with weight, they're awesome. They're about 2000 grams, but they're super solid and the Primato hubs run really smooth. I'd say they're comparable to Velocity's Deep V's. I think they're roughly the same depth, but a tad lighter. They didn't come with a cog so I'm running an EAI. The lockring is junk. It's supposably standard size (1.29" x 24 tpi), but when I tried replacing it with a Dura Ace cog, it wouldn't fit. I think it's actually Italian threading (1.32" x 24 TPI) which I guess would make sense being it's an Italian wheelset!
Posted over 12 years ago
The cog threading is standard so you can use any cog. I'm still using the Miche lockring so I'm not positive on that, but I'm pretty sure you can use anything that fits Campy...
Posted over 12 years ago
Sorry, my first reply I said "I tried replacing it with a Dura Ace cog.." I meant LOCKRING...
Posted over 12 years ago
Miche makes hubs with a bolt-on cog that is offered but standard. so does phil wood. all italian stuff is really specific and weird sizes. i would have gone with Ellipses.

I want that frame but to exspensive

I just saw on the PC website that they dropped the price to 639! Keep an eye out, people seem to be getting rid of them left and right!

I'm usually not a fan of Kageros mostly because so many who own them can't seem to set them up right. That is not the case with you. WELL DONE!!! Really nice set up.
Posted over 12 years ago
your saddle is tilted up some, you might want to level it out. That's the nice thing about taking pics of your bike is that you can sometimes catch those things that are harder to see with the naked eye.
Posted over 12 years ago
Exactly. These shots are literally from the first ride. It didn't feel too bad, but I've made the adjustment. Thanks for the comment and feedback. Much appreciated! :D

yeah... i feel that i had to sell it before the new 2012 kagero coming out at the end of the year and maybe at fixed fest jakarta...
Posted over 12 years ago
I feel ya. I heard about it, but can't find anything on it. I heard there would be new colorways, but are they changing the geo?
Posted over 12 years ago
yeah... rumors said that it has more than 1 color and also maybe it will be for 1 inch headset... rumors has it but I cant confirm anything bout it... the geo and design should be the same...
