Love slammed stems and will do! One question though, I noticed your crank arm lengths are on the longer side, is this just for torque?

Pursuiters tend to prefer longer crank length for more leverage as it's about holding speed as opposed to sprinting which is acceleration. You can get away with it seeing as you don't use the banking so no real worries about clipping a pedal.

You'll all be happy to know I have a 54T Shimano Zen chainring on the way, slam the stem and finally can finish this puppy.
