This is an early 2009 Cinelli Mash with painted front dropouts. All of the polished components were properly de-anodized and hand polished by a professional polishing shop. Each bolt was treated with anti-seize compound, and Tacx assembly paste was applied on all contact surfaces of each component. There are hardly any logos on the bike other than the frame graphics. The bespoke bullhorn handlebars have specially made end caps that were welded and integrated smoothly into the bars. The rear wheel was built up with polished H+Son FF rim, Sapim CX-Ray Aero spokes, and Phil Wood polished hub. On 11/6/12, the bike was sold to an enthusiast in San Francisco, CA. I will forever miss this bike.

This build is incredible! I've never seen a Cinelli frame I ever really liked or wanted but with these components its in a whole new light!

I'm in love!
I too think high polished components step up a bike, I was going for the same think on my blue 722, but the high polished Archetypes did appeal as much as the black ones, maybe since I didn't think to use White or the Yellow/black Rubino Zaffiro's like yours...

mann i loved your build.. dont know why but i'm not a fan of black wheelset, so this mash really stands out.. probably the only thing that is bugging me is the white tyres, and lack of retentions, but nevertheless it is still a great build. good luck selling your bike btw! cheers

Seen this on ebay. Why sell this beauty??

Thanks Panda. I just built it up for fun. I always see bikes with black components, so I decided to do something different with a modern frame. I usually ride roadies and less aggressive bikes. All I do with this bike is stare at it and wipe it down every few days. Someone else is more deserving of it..

Well you did a great job building it up. It is definitely a different build and I love the chrome. I am actually looking to buy a road bike for longer rides.

Wow...you have something special there with the Histogram. Great components, great taste..

I've seen this on Craigslist as well. Great components and awesome frame but I think they'd look better on an njs frame IMO.

Thank you. I think all polished would look great on NJS as well as some others. I was trying to go for a 'gray scale' look with no true 100% black anywhere on the bike.

Gotcha. It definitely stands out from other mash's. is this so long to track bikes for good?
Posted about 12 years ago
No, as you've mentioned, I'd love to own a NJS bike someday; preferrably a Kalavinka. I put a lot of weight on head badge design. lol... I like Kinfolks for the same reason. As renowned as Nagas are, the head tube decal is a deal breaker for me. : )

Thank you haha. It's all in the details. I hope you find your dream bike. Perfect head badge and all.
