The maker was similar to Sablière, also a french maker.
Just a little sticker on the fork with writen "dural", aluminium.

The fork is aluminum, but the frame is not Dural. It is fillet-brazed steel. I have no idea what the tubing is though.

@vstkrc frame is also aluminum, I'm 100% sure, fittings have been sanded for hours by the master Raymond.

That frame is fillet brazed steel. I've never seen an aluminum frame with tubes that thin. Also never seen top tube cable routing like that on an aluminum frame.

Man check your sources before saying this. Raymond clerc was a master of aluminum frames, he only made this in his life. My frame is the fourth generation of frames he made but really, I'm 100% sure that it's a aluminum frame made with dural tubes.
