i found coaster brake really stylish and comfortable for using in city + bicycle look as clean as fixed gear.

This is not so easy to make such handlebars. it should be safe also. I ordered this bars form Shaun - the guy form ebay. Here is his account page http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/shaunbarrell?...
He has no items for sale now, but try to write him, i think he will be happy to make hadlebars for you)
