I've been riding the Raleigh conversion for 3 years and really wanted a proper track frame (horizontal dropout). So, with minimum budget I decided to go for a cheap frame, the Dolan. Bought the frame without forks, got a cheap pair of forks off ebay...minor parts taken from the old bike/second hand.
