yeah doggie. your seatpost is way above the minimum insertion. if you keep riding it like that...the seatube will crack. or your seatpost will break. check your seatpost for some text that says "MIN INS" if you go above that, you might be in for a surprise.

i have changed to a long carbon seatpost and lowered it now i think its okay

i am 178cm tall with long legs, this is a 53cm frame..well i dont even know what size of frame i am meant to ride
