Interestingly enough, Empella named the model after a Dutch dressage horse that won one gold medal and four silver medals at the Olympics and one gold and three silvers at the World Equestrian Games.

I think it's an '03. It's certainly one of this stiffest bikes I've ever ridden. No bottle-cage bosses either. :)
