after having this for a bit what are your thoughts on the frame & ride?

The frame is amazing. Its stiff where you want it and complaint where you want it. Its light and nimble. The brakes scare the fuck out of me and I need to adjust them cause they absolutely suck, chatter from the front brake is annoying. I need to toe the pads in but I haven't had time. The bike shifts amazing! The TT is shorter than I would have hoped and I need a longer seatpost for it.
