Yea it is the King Kog bike. It was Wilis personal bike. I bought it from him. I sold it to a friend of a friend. I believe he is selling too. I'm not on fixed.gr

You sir have inspired me to build up a GTB.. I'm going to try and pick one up i saw on craigslist.
Posted almost 12 years ago
Lovely. Theres a GTB frameset for $450.. Maybe i'll pick that up even though I already have a bike.

what bolts did you use to
get the sugino zen to fit the omniums

Shit, this slipped off my radar- way too stealth. Love the build man.

Beautiful... I would go back in time and purchase this instead of my Concept if I could haha

Quick question: How'd you remove the sticker residue left behind after removing the Mavic decals?
Posted about 12 years ago
But... you had a 54cm C-dale track..
Posted about 12 years ago
Good point I guess. It seems like you've owned almost every popular aluminum track frame at this point. GT, Mash, Low, C-dale, those are kinda like the big 4 of alu track bikes. All you need now is a Pista Concept
Posted about 12 years ago
I thought about those, but I'm not really in love with them. I do like the Vigs'. I do want a Paramount Track, those are kinda hard to find unless you know someone.
Posted about 12 years ago
man, I saw the listing. can't believe your selling this one too...good luck with the sale man!!
Posted about 12 years ago
haven't checked this for a minute.. you still selling or its sold? i'll ask around if you still got it...
Posted about 12 years ago
Honestly I think you need to go and get yourself a motorcycle because these track bikes just arent cutting it evidently hahahh
Posted about 12 years ago
hahaa yeee! Working on something now or do you still need to sell this?
Posted about 12 years ago
Still need to sell. If I can magically manage to work on something while having this, I wouldn't sell it.
Posted about 12 years ago
Ahhh i see, how did you like this? Is this frame just collector hype or did you just have a change of heart.
Posted about 12 years ago
Honestly, it's a bit of both. If I don't get what I want for the GTB, cause I know the worth. then I won't sell it. It's a great bike, this and cannon are the best fitting bikes for me. The GTB I do wish the seat tube was a bit longer but keeping the top tube length.

Did you ride this on the street a lot?
Posted about 12 years ago
Not much, It's nothing wrong with it. Just haven't been riding a lot lately.
Posted about 12 years ago
This is so hard! Good luck with the sale. I'm trying to sell my ganwell at the moment too! Too bad you arent down for trades...
Posted about 12 years ago
You sure don't keep bikes for very long, do you?
Posted about 12 years ago
ha! no not really. I like buying them, building it up, get some good rides in and sell it for a good price.
Posted about 12 years ago
Damn dude your like the Kim Kardashian of bikes lol. You better be buying some thing crazy with the cash.
Posted about 12 years ago
What a bike you got there very nice.what a lucky bastard! hahahhaha
Ride safe. ride hard!
Peace!

With new decals it looks really good! I like it that its kinda over sized
Posted about 12 years ago
Yea, it is. It's for a GT LTS-1 mountain bike. But, it doesn't look bad. I guess, from having that LOW with the Xtra large decals, these are considered small, lol.
Posted about 12 years ago
Well if you compare your decal to actual ones yours is like double the size lol.
Posted about 12 years ago
damn, lookin good! makes me miss my gtb.
got something coming soon doe
Posted about 12 years ago
yeah, i sold it to pick up something else. just haven't updated anything. hah
I like to buy different frames every so often too, so I'm on my current run with a steel frame...which probably wasn't as good of an idea given that it will be raining soon. hah also in the process of upgrading so I'm waiting on posting it up.
good luck with the sale, brochacho!

I think I might like this GT more than I like mine. I want a Wound-Up and a fancy paintjob :(
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks. I pulled some que's from yours to do mine. I still want to go full Dura Ace. In due time. Need some Dura Ace hubs, crankset and Shimano olympic chainring.
Posted about 12 years ago
The Shimano Zen is the single coolest chainring in the whole world. If you get one I'll be super jelly.
Posted about 12 years ago
My friend has one, I'm trying to sucker him out of it. If not, I guess I'll be shelling out over $200 :(
Posted about 12 years ago
the wound-up fork and the stem/bar combo killed it. awesome bike sir!
Posted about 12 years ago
Nice pickup. Love the sparkle paintjob
Posted about 12 years ago
Trying to follow in your foot steps. How long you going to keep your Concept? lol
Posted about 12 years ago
Dammit that Woundup looks so good on that bike! Ill prob keep this one for sure since giving my old one to my GF Ive been missing it
Posted about 12 years ago
I just noticed your profile, you helped me with a couple of LOW questions several months ago. I finally got my LOW, stoked I love it! Thanks! This new build is really rad man, dialed!
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks man. You're more than welcome. I seen yours a few sites. I was wondering who the owner was. It's clean, nice job. Now ride the fuck out of it.
Posted about 12 years ago
super nice GTB
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks, bro. I like that Giant. I'm loving that red fork on your GTB. It's totally different.
Posted about 12 years ago
Still don't understand how you just happen to stumble across every desirable aluminum frame in succession. Amazing build
Posted about 12 years ago
Ha! It's waiting long enough and having the money at the right time. Thanks for the compliment.
Posted about 12 years ago
"Great pick up. Hopefully I'll keep this for a while" - Anyone who gets rid of their Cdale Track cannot be trusted to keep any of their bikes for good hahah. Great build sir, looks great with the wound up!
Posted about 12 years ago
Welcome to the triple triangle club! I wanted to get a wound up for my Spicer but the roadie is calling.
