dig the black ano wound up. don't know why more people who own wound up's dont go for that option
Posted almost 10 years ago
Thanks! Yeah I definitely prefer that black too, though it does cost extra, and a lot of people probably get their wound ups used like I did. I just happened to snag the perfect one for a great price!

So, uh... you wanna sell me one of those? He, he, he, just kidding. Still enjoy seeing this bike come up.

i'm v jealous i don't have at least one of those gts in my collection! i love everything about your bike, man! very cool. the wound up is awesome!
Posted about 10 years ago
I love everything about Gts, the geometry is suuper comfy so you can crank out long rides without any back pain, they're a blast to ride.

rad build, mate! this setup is so proper, awesome gtb!
Posted over 10 years ago
yeah, the frameset arrived on monday, built it up with some temporary parts and it is good enough for now!

white ind bottom bracket is 68x108 , is it good with the SG75 ? Why did you change your protype
Posted over 10 years ago
Yeah I got it off Bens cycles, it has an iso taper so it works. The protype actually just took a shit and got super rough a couple days ago so I wanted to get something that would last me more than 10 months.

Tell me more about this bottom bracket
Posted over 10 years ago
It's basically just a sealed bearing bottom bracket 68x109 iso so it pairs perfectly with 75s if you don't want to drop a lot of money on a Hatta or 75 bb.

Thanks. At first I misread this and thought you said prototype, but I might cop this anyway!
Posted over 10 years ago
Sure man. I actually had it down as prototype for a long time, then my friend pointed out that it was protype so you're not the only one lol.

Which carbon fork did you go with?
Posted over 10 years ago
It's just a Nashbar threaded road fork. Still sort of on the hunt for a wound up once everything else is done.
Posted over 10 years ago
The New Set up with the wheels looks great!
That dent on the top tube makes me worry for you tho! Hope it doesn't affect the ride.
Posted over 10 years ago
Thanks man I'm really lovin it! Don't worry about that dent lol, she rides like a dream.
Posted over 10 years ago
Buy a carbon "wound up" if you're upgrading the fork! :)
Posted over 10 years ago
Well funny thing, is that I was bidding on and just Barely missed a Wound Up on EBay a couple weeks back. But I'll very well pull the trigger if another pops up for a good price.
Posted over 10 years ago
Now this is more like it! :)
Posted over 10 years ago
Thanks a lot man! It's gettin better and better. Got a new fork coming in the mail in a few days.
