It was made bespoke for the first owner, who didn't put a lot of miles on it. I got it from the second owner (a trader/collector). I had some email conversation with Edward where he confirmed the type of tubing he used. His business has moved towards speed skating but I believe he does some bicycle work every now and then.
I have another aluminium frame off his hands. A track pursuit frame made for the Bankgiroloterij team, branded Batavus. Pretty rad, should upload it here some day.
What's the frame you found? You could always try and check with Edward (his contact info is easily found).
