Soma low-trail fork, porteur rack, moustache bars, 1x8, 32mm tires. Buit as a quick commuter, but will probably go away soon. Feels/fits weird. Maybe it's just too small for me (though the eff. TT is 555mm), but I'm starting to think that I don't like this modern compact business: front-center gets short, the frames are stiff in the wrong places, monster seatposts, shimmy, blech.
