Fully restored by the person I bought this bike from. He has restored it exactly to how the tem bikes looked during the 1981 Tour de France Etappe of Alpe d'Huez.

Hi Cumbot, I am very delighted you replied. When I came across the images of your Fullpro i was surprised I don't know this particular variant. And I have been collecting and studying quite a while. Then I decided to upload images of my bikes for the discussion. Great to be in contact.

Well, I have checked my archive and collection of 1981 and 1982 magazines. There are no Fullpro bikes in the Capri Sonne team or bikes in the Koga Miyata advertisements that look like your bike. The white decals are only seen from 1983 onward only on the cheaper bikes. The Fullpro's still have the golden decals with black typo. Possibly somebody has replaced the decals. The brake levers and rubbers are not original either. Maybe you are willing yo send me a photo of the bottom bracket and I can compare with mine.

I have studied the photo's of your bike again. Wheels, headset, stickers on the headtube and shifters seems not to be original. At least not Team Capri Sonne. Can you check if the bike is repainted?

thx so far!
saw this bike on one (1!) picture with two riders from team capri sonne but couldn't find out which year that was. serial number points to '81 but the weird mix of ax, ex and 600 was described in a catalogue from '82. the only things which got replaced are the rims.
will upload detail pics tomorrow!
