late 70's / early 80's Moser Track Bike

My dads moser track bike that i am planning on restoring to it's former glory. Anyone know what year she migh be?

It has the arrow pantographs on the lugs, so it is no earlier than 85'. Your fork crowns do not have the arrow (or 51.151) pantographs, so the bike was probably built during the transition period, using the old-stock forks. 1985 is my guess.
It has definitely been re-painted: Geoffrey Butler is a British builder. In 1985, the Mosers were all still a single-color.
