I was lucky enough to place my order before he stopped taking request for custom colors. It's hard to capture the Fluorescent Red color of the bike but depending on the time of the day it ranges from Hot pink to Hot orange.

I'm sure you've heard this plenty of times, but damn I love this bike! Great build man!!

This is awesome! I like the glossy alpina fork. You dont see those very often. This is a good build. Have you done anything to it since the post?

What finish did you get for this? semi-gloss? or gloss?
Posted over 11 years ago
Since it was a custom color I my only option was gloss. I originally wanted matte but we couldn't because of the florescent.

How do you like that saddle?

I had to change back over to my Sella Flite. The angle of the pursuit and the Concor kept ripping holes in my jeans/shorts.

One of the, if not the, greatest builds ive ever seen. LOW// is my dream bike, amazing components without any obnoxious tri-spokes or aerospokes

Awesome! Best street wheelset!!!

I think they are called Deda RHM-1, fairly cheap. They're really short on top, I'm back on the bullhorns.

Sick LOW//. I got a few questions. How tall are you? and what is your inseam measurement?
Posted about 12 years ago
Just wondering. I ordered my LOW a couple weeks ago but now I'm thinking that I might have picked the wrong size. Im 5'6" and my inseam is 30" and I ordered a size 53. I looked at the geo chart and the size 53 and 54 are almost similar in their geometry. So should have I gone a size smaller? What do you think?
Posted about 12 years ago
Idk, maybe a 52? When I ordered I did not have the option for a 53. The top tube fits up high in the crotch but I can stand over it easily, np. The top tube length is perfect and the toe over lap isn't bad, you get used to it quickly. Esthetically I wish my seat post could sit higher. If I went back I might order a 53 now based on the height of the seat post, but I love my 54, it rides well. Before this I've been riding a 53 Bianchi Pista which I have always considered a size to small for my, I would rather have a 55 Pista. Hope that helps.

Dope!

Thanks, always pleased to see a new LOW pop up. I know how long that wait feels!

The mutual love for each others Lows is a product of the wait that we all shared.

My dodoci special is the same color! Luminescent bright red RAL color way

just got to go to my page on pedalroom. i think you and I are the only people with that colorway.

dope bike man, we have the same ratio! what is your opinion bout the ratio?
Posted about 12 years ago
Phoenix, AZ is flat as hell. I can get bookin' but I might roll down to 47 x 16 for Downtown red lights sake.
Posted about 12 years ago
oh I see then, why? for more light ratio for Downtown? and why don't you get a smaller chainring? like 46/45s?
Posted about 12 years ago
I definitely like 47x15 but a lighter ratio for for quick starts and all the quick stops of red lights would be nice.

perfect setup, love the low frames anyway, but colour kills it!

What's the dropbar? Awesome bike

I'm rocking a cheap set of Deda RHM-1 I think it's called. I typically run the Mash bullhorns, by far my far and worth every penny.

I can't tell if it's because of the color or the pictures, but the welds on these bikes look like they're improving. Looks good!
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks! Yea, the welds have gotten smoother. I read somewhere on the site, or maybe off of the Prolly site that he is doing a different technique that involves a lower temperature for smoother, stronger welds.

Murrell says:
Probably my favorite bike on PR, and I don't really like red. The color is so vibrant though and I love fat frame on tb14s.
